Your Age Well Navigator
My family may think I collect initials – but I’m really passionate about life long learning and how to educate older adults to remain at home longer with better quality of life.
Over a couple of decades, I’ve watched older adults to learn what how they can improve their quality of life at home, as health needs change.
I’ve learned how to better support and empower care partners to keep their loved ones safe and comfortable.
Now you get to benefit directly from my experience. You can learn to age well where you live…

“Every day, I see the crisis in healthcare and our aging population. I have seen first hand, older adults who have a plan for aging well – are more successful at staying home for longer”
~ Jolyn Hall ~
When I started as a nurse, I was shocked to learn all seniors weren’t like my great aunt Vera – she was vibrant, full of life and the loudest laugh in the room. Aging didn’t bother her. Her hair was a stunning silver while all her friends were dying their hair. She embraced aging with humor and gusto. What I saw in hospital, was older adults making choices to become more isolated, less mobile and frustrated when they were told they could not be discharged home.
I want more older adults to choose to live life, to plan their living environment better for aging and have a plan when health needs change suddenly.
